A Day to Remember

Although yesterday was the tenth anniversary of 9/11, let us remember everyday of this horrific act of hate. We must continue to heal and love ourselves and each other. Let's pray for our world to be at peace, safe and loving for many generations to follow. Our children's children must experience this place here that we call earth.

Love yourselves and each other today. Be Blessed and continue to be a Blessing to others.

This thing called LIFE

Life is the natural progression of time going by with many events, good and bad. But, we can always imagine the glass half full, never half empty, and always find the silver lining. With that said, what will you make of today and each day going forward? For starters, we must laugh more, it's great for the soul. Second, tell all the important people in your life that you love them. And, third, always be a true friend with integrity, honesty, humility and love. Remember though, water seeks it's own level. That's it for this morning.

Rainy Days-Reflection

It's raining here in New York. I always did love rainy days. Listening to the rain drops patter against the window pane is music to my ears. It's one of the most pleasing sounds to hear. It gives me an opportunity to reflect on life and what I am doing with it. As a result, I do remember to love each day rain or shine.

Have you reflected today? Enjoy this rainy morning!
